For those with a passion for coffee, this unique stovetop coffee maker uses the vacuum method to brew coffee to perfection.

The bottom carafe is filled with water and coarse-ground coffee is placed in the upper globe. The water boils up through a tube and brews the coffee in the upper globe. When the maker is removed from its heat source and placed on its trivet (included), the coffee filters itself back down the tube and into the carafe ready to be enjoyed.

The coffee brewed by this maker is far superior to that brewed using the drip method. Many who use the Bodum Santos would never dream of brewing their coffee any other way.

The carafe holds up to 8 cups of coffee.
